The successful Bidder will be responsible for the removal and proper disposal of the existing sound system. The Bidder will supply and install a new sound system that meets the functional and performance needs of the community, ensuring compatibility with the facility’s existing infrastructure and intended use. A listing of all proposed system components and specifications is to provided as part of the submission.

• The supply and installation of an arena sound system that includes the following:
• Gondola: 
  • Two (2) XLR (mic cord) connections, so that in two (2) separate mics or one (1) mic and something else can be plugged in  
    • Two (2) 10-ft lengths of XLR (mic) cord
    • 1/8-inch (aka "headphone" jack)
    • at least one (1) USB-C (universal) connection
    • a system similar to the current boxes with the connections and volume knobs are satisfactory
    • AND an optional provision for a modernized system that meets the Township goals for a new arena sound system (replacing the current boxes) with new connections and hardware
    • Cue speaker on the wall where it mutes itself when the mic is turned on 
  • Timekeeper Booth:
    • One (1) XLR connection, with a six (6) foot length XLR cord
    • One (1) USB-C connection
