Description: 

The Township of North Huron is requesting tenders for the construction of a new RV Dumping
Station within the property of the Blyth Arena and Community Centre. Project is to include: piping,
concrete pad, kiosk and locking cap, removal of existing dumping station, and associated work such
as concrete, lane construction, electrical and site restoration work.

The scope of work for this project shall include the supply of all materials and labour required to
complete the construction of a new RV Dumping Station, at the site in Blyth, near the intersection
of Robert Bell Lane and Aultman Lane within the community centre site. The price for the work
shall be submitted as itemized within the schedule of items. The work shall be completed as detailed
on the tender, drawings, special provisions, and shall include as other incidental work required to
complete the project.

The schedule assumes the contract will be awarded in early September 2026, and the chosen
Contractor will be permitting to proceed with site work any time after award of the work.
The Contractor shall complete all associated work as outlined in this Tender and on the Tender
Drawings by: October 30, 2026
